Compared to conventional polystyrene, the THERMOTOP insulation system offers numerous advantages, attributed to the properties of polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. This positions THERMOTOP as the primary choice for thermal insulation, thermal rehabilitation, cladding, or enveloping buildings.

Due to their unique structure and the properties of the materials used, the thermo-insulating boards provide high thermal resistance, preventing thermal transfer through conduction, convection, and radiation.

Slim but with Maximum thermal performance


Despite their slim profile, the THERMOTOP boards offer excellent thermal insulation. For example, a 50 mm thick THERMOTOP board can provide the same thermal resistance as a 100 mm thick expanded polystyrene board or a 100 mm thick mineral wool.

Versatility, Speed, Reduced installation time


THERMOTOP PIR boards are available with two types of membranes: either a vapor barrier (BV) or an aluminum foil (Al). These membranes enhance the specific functions of the space in which they were installed, maximizing their effectiveness. Quick installation reduces to half the completion time of a construction project.

THERMOTOP products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. The PIR THERMOTOP insulation is classified as A in the BRE Green Guide, indicating its excellent environmental protection performance. Our thermal insulation systems are free from CFK/HCFK and have a global warming potential (GWP) of less than 5.
